Your satisfaction is our top priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged item, we are happy to offer an exchange.

You must initiate an exchange request by emailing concierge@renuoberoi.com within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. Please include the details of the product you wish to exchange as well as images of the damaged item. 

The jewellery must be in the same condition as when it was received, with the security tag intact and not tampered with. 

We will arrange a complimentary pick-up of your jewellery within 48 working hours of receiving your request. Our concierge will proactively reach out for any necessary communication.

Upon receiving your request, we will conduct a thorough quality control inspection of the jewellery piece. If the item is found to be used, or the security tag has been tampered with, we will not be able to offer an exchange. In such cases, the item will be shipped back at your expense. 

Please note that personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
